Natural extraction

Quality and Amino Acids
There is widespread misinformation about plant proteins. The misinformation is firstly that plants do not have much protein and secondly, that it is of lower quality with an incomplete amino acid profile. Why rice and peas?
There are 2 reasons why we chose just rice and pea for our vegan protein: First: Both are allergen-free - meaning: Almost everyone can eat these without allergic or digestive problems. Second: Both have a very good amino acid profile. But especially the combination of both results in a higher amino acid profile for our body with maximum availability. Very similar to egg or milk.
Essential Amino Acids
Our vegan protein isolate formula contains all 9 essential amino acids including a high content of BCAAs (Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine). They are called ESSENTIALS because they are the only ones our body needs daily through our meals. Since they are the ones that cannot be synthesised by our body.
 
 
 
 
Natural Version
This is the natural version. It means that it is pure protein as is and pure protein is very bitter in taste and not very pleasant. Some people take it mixed with water only....But I can't myself. The natural version is rather meant to be mixed with something that adds flavour. I.e. put a few spoonfuls in food, or make vegan waffles or pankakes with it or mix it with fruit in a tasty smoothie.
 
 
Instructions for use:

Dosage: 1 scoop (included) = 40 g = 25 doses per can = 33 g protein/dose

How to use: Mix one dose (40 g) in 250 ml of water or vegetable drink. You can also make a delicious smoothie with fruit, or mix it into meals and add it to different recipes.

Do you prefer with Flavour?

If you prefer a smoothie that is tasty when mixed with just water or vegetable milk, you'd better choose our vegan smoothie versions. That would be the Protein+Moringa version and the POWER GREENS version. Both contain stevia as a natural sweetener and we also add nutritional plants and algae for a more complete nutritional profile in terms of all the nutrients.

Vegan Waffles

You can make vegan waffles or pankakes with our protein. It's very easy, just replace the wheat flour with the protein. And instead of egg, mix chickpea flour with the amount of water to achieve a consistency similar to a beaten egg. Use coconut sugar which is nicer, a little salt and flavourings and yeast and mix it all together. Ready waffle and pancake batter. High in protein and low in carbohydrates.

 
 
Smoothies
Ideal for summer are smoothies with fruits. For example, take frozen fruits and add them together with spinach or kale (kale) in a blender that is powerful enough to blend the frozen fruits. Add our vegan protein and almond milk or your favourite. You can also add chia that you have previously soaked in water. Blend everything and add vegetable milk to your preferred consistency.
 

Add to meals

You can also add it to meals. If you make a stew, for example, simply add a few spoonfuls to increase the protein content.
