Vegan Waffles

You can make vegan waffles or pankakes with our protein. It's very easy, just replace the wheat flour with the protein. And instead of egg, mix chickpea flour with the amount of water to achieve a consistency similar to a beaten egg. Use coconut sugar which is nicer, a little salt and flavourings and yeast and mix it all together. Ready waffle and pancake batter.
