There are 2 reasons why we chose just rice and pea for our vegan protein: First: Both are allergen-free - meaning: Almost everyone can eat these without allergic or digestive problems. We use steviol glycosides as a sweetener. This is an extract from the Stevia plant. This way we sweeten without adding sugars or calories. You can make vegan waffles with our protein. It's very easy, you simply replace the wheat flour with 45g of Power Greens. Instead of egg, you mix 10g of chickpea flour with 100ml of water until you get a consistency similar to a beaten egg.
